Transaction Services

Axel has more than 10 years of experience in Transaction Services and financial review work. Before joining I-ADVISE he worked for Ernst & Young's Transaction Services department (2002–2008) and in the Audit and Transaction Services department of Arthur Andersen (1997–2002). During his 3-year secondment to Ernst & Young’s Detroit office until March 2006 he was part of Ernst & Young’s German Business Network in the U.S.
Axel has been involved in a number of domestic and multinational cross-border transactions across a broad range of industries (e.g. automotive, renewable energy, packaging) and transactions for both corporate and private equity clients.
