Jochen has more than 15 years of experience in transactions and valuations. Before joining I-ADVISE he was partner in the transaction and restructuring department of KPMG.
He led numerous valuation projects for major mergers, transactions, squeeze outs, tax and legal purposes as well as purchase price allocations and impairment tests. He was speaker at M&A and valuation conferences and published articles on valuation topics.
